Great room and décor. Friendly staff. Fantastic building. Good facilities in room. Comfy bed. Easy to reach my relations. Plenty of parking, shops and food nearby. Some staff very helpful. Powerful shower. Complimentary pillow spray for good sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and they made me feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep I've had in ages. The room service was top-notch, and the continental breakfast they delivered to my room was perfect. I loved the convenient location, just across the road from a great retail park with plenty of family-friendly restaurants. The hotel also had a nice pool at the property next door, which was a bonus. I had a fantastic experience here.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing value for money, stunning rooms and bathroom. Cheaper than city center hotels and a steal! Convenient location, 20-minute walk from LSP train station and bus stop right in front. A new favorite hotel with glossy photos and great service.

Tbh, had a really amazing stay at this Crowne Plaza hotel. Fairly clean property, there were very good staff and amenities. The breakfast had variety of options, cereals, breads, fruit, pastries and scrambled eggs.

I liked that it was clean and stylish, the staff were accommodating and rooms were exceptional. An individual safe, an iron and a work desk in the room and the extremely comfy bed. The breakfast spread was gorgeous, with lots of fab options

All good - I appreciated my stay - food was brilliant and my bed was good. That was well-kept hotel set in great area. Apart from that, All Saints Church was 5 minutes' drive away.
